What this covers
Computers, televisions, appliances with electronics and audio equipment can often be saved after water or smoke exposure if they are not powered on first. The service collects the devices, opens and cleans the boards and components, dries them, tests each one, and documents what was restored and what was not. Data recovery from drives is arranged separately when needed.

Questions people ask
My phone was in the water. Is it worth trying?
Sealed phones often survive brief contact. Older or opened devices are harder. The company assesses each one and tells you the likely outcome before cleaning.
What about my files?
Data recovery is a separate specialty. The company can refer you or arrange it for drives that matter.
Does smoke damage electronics?
Yes. Soot is slightly acidic and conductive and keeps corroding boards after the fire. Cleaning soon after the event gives the best result.
