Questions people ask
Why does the dryer vent matter?
A long or flexible vent traps lint, slows drying and is a fire risk. A short, smooth metal vent to the outside is the standard.
Can the laundry move upstairs?
Often. It needs supply, drain, venting, electrical and a drain pan, and the floor must handle a spinning washer. The company checks all of that.
What flooring is best?
Tile or luxury vinyl, with a floor drain or pan under the washer where possible.
