What this covers
Post-construction cleaning removes what a project leaves behind: drywall dust, sawdust, paint drips, stickers, caulk smears and debris. The crew works from top to bottom, HEPA vacuuming ceilings, walls, ledges and vents before wiping them, then cleaning cabinets inside and out, fixtures, glass, tracks and floors. Floor protection is lifted only after the dust is down. Careful work uses cleaners suited to new finishes, so fresh paint, stone and wood are not scratched or dulled.

Questions people ask
Why use a HEPA vacuum?
Construction dust is fine enough to pass through ordinary vacuum filters and settle again. A HEPA filter captures it instead of blowing it back into the room.
Is one cleaning enough?
Large projects often need a rough clean when the trades finish and a final clean before move-in, because dust keeps settling for a few days.
Are air vents cleaned too?
Vent covers and returns are vacuumed and wiped. Dust deep in the ductwork is a separate duct cleaning service.
